  • How does the referral program work?

    Our referral program allows all eligible existing customers to invite their friends/family to Jones Tree Services and earn credit and discounts to their account. Once the referee has rendered their first service, you will be notified confirming the $50 credit to your account within 5 business days. 

  • What conditions must referrals complete for me to earn the reward?

    The referee must be a new customer. Once the referee has rendered their first service, you will be notified confirming the $50 credit to your account within 5 business days. You will only receive the credit if the referee has rendered a service from us. The Loyalty program launch date was April 6th, 2023. (Any referrals given before this period does not count torward the program)   

  • Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer or the rewards I can earn?

    You can earn $50 credits as many times as you desire to refer new customers to Jones Tree Services. Your credit will never expire. The 10% coupon is only given once after the 3rd referral and remains valid for 1 year. However, Keep an eye out on social media for additional promotions throughout the year! We encourage you share our posts on social media to reach more friends and family.

  • Is there a way for me to track the status of my referrals?

    Simply put, you can reach out to us anytime you have questions or concerns regarding your account. We are quick and diligent when it comes to customer service and support. For the quickest response regarding our loyalty program, send us an email addressing your concerns and we will promptly respond.
